This is a fantastic music store where can get great instruments at a reasonable price!

Susana es una persona mentirosa y muy deshonesta !!!! ———————————————————— The owner of the shop Susana is a very dishonest person. We visited the shop with the intention of buying a ukulele but needed a hard case for it because we are travelling by motorbike. She told us that we should go ahead and buy the ukulele because she could order in the hard case for sure and if she wasn’t able to get hold of it she’d refund us for the ukulele. She also insisted that we pay in cash so that the refund could take place if required. She took our email and Whats App but after leaving there were no news for a long time. After a week I started chasing her and she kept asking me “for few more days but that she’ll have it 100%”. When I only had a few more days left in town I got suspicious and told her I was coming in the shop to return the ukulele. She told me that she had a hard case so there was no issue. When we arrived she showed me the flimsy soft case with zero padding that she had on the first day knowing this was not suitable. She insisted it was perfect but eventually agreed to a refund. She said she was closing at 2pm and didn’t have enough money so would go to the bank to get it. I told her I’d accompany her to the bank and she refused. After an hour I called the police. She denied I ever showed her what a hard case looked like and said she was only willing to refund 1200 pesos (she wanted to keep 600 pesos for “renting the ukulele for two weeks”) something that was never discussed. She also denied ever agreeing to giving us the money. The police was quick to take her side and told us to leave the shop so that she could continue serving her clients. Disgusting !!!

Not open when posted schedule and online schedule say they are open. What kind of business does that?

Never open when scheduled, Poor service when open . Poor stock. No product knowledge. A disaster of a store,
