★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tratado de comunicarme sin éxito para reclamar una garantía..me he comunicado también al teléfono de su supuesto callcenter igualmente sin respuesta y he mandado correos los cuales se regresan... se supone que es una empresa seria y no he podido hacer valida la garantía por que simplemente no hay manera de comunicarse con ellos
I have tried to communicate unsuccessfully to claim a guarantee ... I have also contacted the phone number of your supposed callcenter with no response and I have sent emails which are returned ... it is supposed to be a serious company and I have not been able to validate the guarantee because there is simply no way to communicate with them

Aún así hice la dilución y la apliqué en dos pacientes con NULOS resultados. Hice el reporte a control de calidad y aún no me dan resolución. Quiero adquirir otro vial porque necesito aplicarlo en dichas pacientes para restaurar mi prestigio profesional pero ni responden el número telefónico a pesar de que
esto esto es independiente del problema de aquel vial. Allergan siempre se había caracterizado por ser un laboratorio de excelencia pero lo han dejado decaer tanto en su atención a los clientes como en el control de calidad. Lastima porque ya nos fuimos con la competencia...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy médico estético y su servicio de entrega de medicamentos es PÉSIMA, cada vez que solicito pedido es lo mismo, nunca entregan en el tiempo prometido, si bien lo pido directamente al laboratorio es por la seguridad tanto de mis pacientes como mía de que estoy adquiriendo lo original, de lo contrario lo pediría a comercializadoras y con precio incluso más económico.
I am an aesthetic doctor and their medication delivery service is AWFUL, every time I request an order it is the same, they never deliver in the promised time, although I ask directly to the laboratory it is for the safety of both my patients and myself that I am acquiring the original, otherwise I would ask for it from marketers and with an even cheaper price.
