★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono. Mandan mensajes por email y te dan un whatsapp el cual tampoco contestan. Los mensajes son leídos y la cuenta de whatsapp es de la Alianza Francesa pero nadie dice pío. Yo recomiendo busquen otra escuela como el Ifal.
 They never answer the phone. They send messages by email and they give you a WhatsApp which they don't answer either. The messages are read and the whatsapp account is from the French Alliance but nobody says peep. I recommend looking for another school like Ifal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale la pena pagar por una buena escuela de francés y esta definitivamente lo vale. Todos son muy amables y la biblioteca es muy completa. También fue ya con un área gourmet que siempre que he ido saca un 10!!
A good French school is worth paying for and this one is definitely worth it. Everyone is very friendly and the library is very comprehensive. It was also already with a gourmet area that every time I've been, I get a 10 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena enseñanza del francés. Tiene diversos niveles. Se ofrecen cursos en la mañana y tarde, así como los sábados. En verano hay cursos para niños y adolescentes muy divertidos. Ofrece servicio de mediateca. Dentro de sus instalaciones de encuentran un restaurant que ofrece el menú del día, la librería El Sótano, Campus France (opciones de estudio en Francia) y el Instituto Bateó ( escuela de turismo).
Dentro de sus opciones culturales hay exposiciones temporales y cine club, entre otras opciones.
Good teaching of French. It has different levels. Courses are offered in the morning and afternoon, as well as Saturdays. In summer there are very fun courses for children and teenagers. It offers a media library service. Within its facilities you will find a restaurant that offers the menu of the day, the El Sótano bookstore, Campus France (study options in France) and the Bateó Institute (tourism school).
Within its cultural options there are temporary exhibitions and a movie club, among other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El restaurante es muy bueno el lugar es tranquilo y sirven en tres tiempos las porciones son adecuadas, con muy buen sabor, un detalle es que los postres son muy dulces.
The restaurant is very good the place is quiet and they serve in three courses the portions are adequate, with very good flavor, one detail is that the desserts are very sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy agradable. Realizan muchas actividades para acercarnos a la cultura francesa. A pesar de la pandemia este año realizaron online la Fiesta de la Música en la que se presentaron varios artistas tanto franceses como mexicanos. No se puede aprender un idioma si no nos adentramos en su cultura y creo que eso es lo más sobresaliente de la Alianza Francesa.
A very nice place. They carry out many activities to bring us closer to French culture. Despite the pandemic, this year they held the Music Festival online in which several French and Mexican artists performed. You cannot learn a language if you do not get into its culture and I think that is the most outstanding thing about the French Alliance.
