My fiancee and I did the whale watching tour and had a wonderful time. The highlight was the crew who were funny, kind and attentive. By the end of the trip everyone on board had a huge smile on their face. We saw many, many whales and went out to see the beauty of the Marietas Islands - beaches, birds and caves. The Fat Cat is very comfortable and they provide nice snacks, meals and drinks throughout the trip. Lots of shaded areas on the boat to get out of the sun. I loved it so much I booked a private trip on the same boat before our wedding there in November. From booking to walking off the shuttle everything was great. Highly recommend this experience and these fine people.

Was the best day trip on the water I have ever had. The staff could not have been any friendlier. From all the whales we saw to snorkeling and just hanging out a dance party to just having a good time this crew did awesome!!! They made sure all guest needs were met. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

An unforgettable experience! The best part of our Mexico vacation was on the Ally Cat soaking in the Sunset on the Banderas Bay, watching whales breach, music, drinks and topped it off with a delicious dinner. The Crew Captain Noah, Buoy, Christian, Sergio and Pancho attended our every need. They were very knowledgeable and informative about the bay, history and the local wildlife. The dinner of consisted of pico de gallo, Guacamole, quesadillas, grilled fresh fish and coconut shrimp, rice and steamed veggies. The fish and shrimp were exceptional! These guys really know how to create an amazing atmosphere and take the experience to the next level, TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend any of the boat tours through Ally Cat, we've experienced several of the tours and come back every time we visit the area. Absolutely the best part of our vacation. Definitely exceeded all of my expectations for me and my family of 10 people (including 2 kids under 12). We had such a wonderful time watching a mom and baby humpback whale, visiting the las maristas island, snorkeling and looking at the beautiful fish, and jumping into the ocean on both floors of the boat. The food was very good and they never ran out of drinks. The crew was so kind, attentive, and informative. They went way beyond in order to make sure my nieces got to enjoy the experiences even though they are afraid of the water. I am truly grateful for their kindness and care. This is easily a five star review!

We had an amazing experience on the Fat Cat!! From the moment we stepped aboard we felt welcome to relax and enjoy ourselves. The crew…Ponchito, Sergio, Rogelio (everyone) was incredible. They took special care of my three-year-old soon and mother. Always making sure they were safe and taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend spending a day with this fabulous group of people!!

Beyond! We did the Ally Cat TOO sunset trip for whale watching and some fun. But we didn't expect the whole trip to be so amazing. The crew was super nice, fun, and accommodating. The activities were on point. The food and drinks were more than we needed. I just cant say it enough, they were BEYOND!! My only regret was not booking for a longer trip. Ours was 3 hours but if I'm ever back in Sayulita, I'll for sure book another trip and ask if 6 hours is possible for an additional cost. I'm very sure it'll be worth it!

Ally Cat tours was an incredible, once in a lifetime experience. The office was very responsive in booking, even with a few last minute changes. The Fat Cat is a very nice boat, two levels, a bar and two bathrooms. Our family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out on the deck and the deep-set benches that are long enough to lay out on. The boat has nice finishes and is very clean. It’s the best tour boat on the water, we looked at all the others out that day. The crew immediately made us feel welcome to be ourselves and have a good time. They took care of every need, from a constant stream of drinks and snacks, to chatting with us and giving high fives to the kids. As fun as the crew was, they are also very professional and safe with the water, taking care with the open water swimming and watching out for everyone. They are also very knowledgeable about the sea life, giving information about the whales and birds and ecosystem. I’ve been on many boats and a few tours, and this was one of the best.
