ALMA DE FLORES

The location is perfect (in between the beach and town). We were not there just for the beach, we were in Tulum for the Mayan Ruins and especially the Cenote's and good food so our location was absolutely perfect. The beach is extremely expensive and the road to get there and back is always VERY congested. By staying at our location we got 3 times the room for a third of the price. We did have dinner at the sister hotel one of our nights and having the beach access is important because there is literally NO beach access without going through one of the hotels. Elena and all at the front desk are lovely --- charming, fun and extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our room and balcony with a shower outside. They serve absolutely delicious Italian and local Mexican coffee in the room (you will not be disappointed). We will absolutely stay here again.

Our initial hotel was overbooked, so they accommodated us in Alma De Flores for two days, cute little spot. Great concise corner location. Had a decent room with reasonable space considering the areas offerings. Very minimal, (probably more amenities at the desk) Small mini fridge with purchasable items; Reasonably stocked, decent linens, moderately clean room and wall unit air conditioning that GOES! So I'd call that a plus! The minuses were customer service issues, the day we checked out we were practically kicked out...no literally kicked out... no forewarning, we had late checkout confirmed and an agreement with another hotel established for our stay, but they didn't care. Tons of options out there not many at that price point so if your budget concious and not customer service conscious then dive right in.

Let me tell you I don't give out my 5 stars very easily,but this little Gem of a Hotel surpassed it all.Stayed for my daughter's 10th birthday and they decorated the room for her without being asked.Called taxis made reservations they did it all .The front desk staff always had a smile and were super courteous to us .We loved it here

horrible customer service. The owner came to our room with bat very aggressive wanted us to leave. Will not recommend to anyone, could put yourself in danger.

The staff is so amazing.The rooms are very clean and having the sister hotel on beach was wonderful and convenient. Havi g my own personal swimming poolwas a luxury. Highly recommend

Amazing staff! Shoutout to Jerry at front desk for being so kind and accommodating. The staff here really try hard to make your stay one of a kind. Best part is, by staying here, you get access to their sister hotel’s beach club at Alma Tulum which is a beautifullllll place to spend the day.

I really loved staying here, looks just like the pictures, the suite with private pool is lovely, comfortable and very clean. It’s like being in a jungle but with accommodations and luxury. The staff is professional, welcoming and attentive, I felt like I was at home. Great location, right in between el pueblo and the beach/ zona hotelera. I highly recommend the scooter rental with Alex. Everyone there is amazing, I had the best experience.

I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff is here. They were so wonderful to me and went out of their way to be accommodating. The rooms are trendy and cute and very clean. They have a sister location with beach club access and it’s possible to walk or bike to town, but taxi is fastest from this location.
