Fake stay away, my son purchased a “gold” chain thankfully, he went to a local jeweler and got them tested there to find out that it was counterfeit. I’m Mexican my self, really sad what they do.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I Bought a ring from here while I was on vacation they started out $1000 and I laughed in their face so they offered me 50% off and I got them down to $150 for a white sapphire ring the place looked very legit and he promised me it was high-quality not even two days later one of the jams fell out and now a week later another fell out I tried to call the store and I asked for the owner the lady hung up and will no longer answer my phone Calls. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Scammers! Stay away from these people, bought a 14k “gold” bracelet. Got it tested at a separate jeweler while on our vacation. ALL FAKE! It was actually copper. I give it to them though, a very high end fake. They didn’t even want to accept the bracelet back.

Spend $1000 on a fake emerald and cubic zirconia diamond ring not worth the $150 for an appraisal. Ring was " harvested" meaning old stones were replaced with new ( fake) ones. My jeweler said it was well done. Do not buy here, just don't. Filed fraud claim with American Express. Will now get my 50th birthday present at a local jeweler at home. Zero stars.

We purchased a “diamond” engagement ring here and when we got home one of the diamonds just randomly fell out. Took it to a jeweler who kindly told us the 1500 dollar ring was only worth about $30 dollars and was glass with rhodatium plating on brass. How kind to ruin an engagement ring for the wedding. Completely wish this stores falls into the ocean if we don’t find a way to sue first!

Avoid at all cost. Scammers 100% bought a gold chain and bracelet. That was supposedly 14k gold. Got it tested at a separate jewelry store while on vacation. And was shown it was fake. They refused to take item back after being confronted. And didn’t deny that the jewelry was fake. Just avoid the head headache and stay away.

The jewelry here is completely garbage. Avoid at all cost. Sold us what they said was a 14k gold necklace for gold weight price. That night I noticed that it left a discoloration on my neck. Took it back the next day and they refused to refund my money. Returned to the states and had it tested by a jeweler and they confirmed my suspicions. Absolutely 0 gold content. Now we are disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have a printout of the jeweler’s findings that I sent to the card company in hopes they can resolve this issue. It’s awful that people like this are allowed to stay in business.

Beware! Complete Frauds! We were sold a 14k necklace and a bracelet for $1,500 U.S, only to find out it was a fake. We had our suspicions shortly after we bought it. The next day we took it to another jewelry store to check that it was real. They told us it was copper, not gold! We went back to to confront the salesman Mauricio who sold us the jewelry, he was not shocked or tried to deny it. All he kept repeating was he couldn’t contact his boss and to try to put a dispute with our credit card company, because he couldn’t manually do a refund. But wanted us to still take the fake jewelry. Millie the woman that was in charge of the “money” was useless and a complete liar, she was acting like she was contacting the higher ups, when she was just playing on the phone and avoiding eye contact. We called American Express while still at the store to see what to do, they had us take a video of us handing the jewelry back to the salesman and we also had him make a copy of our receipt and write on the copy that we were doing the return. Stay away from this place! I cannot believe they are still open after so many complaints. They need to get shut down! FYI- they go by many names, 1st Estación Tequila, Alma de Plata, Diamonds Gold & Silver Factory!
