 I just visited them and the ice creams were very expensive and their thermometer did not work, there was no gel either. I do not recommend.

The BEST snows in Monterrey .. you can eat whatever you want WITHOUT GUILT .. they have too many toppings but the truth is they don't need anything else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era una de mis nieves favoritas hasta que mis ultimas 3 experiencias no fueron buenas con respecto al tiempo de espera.
Les toma de 25 a 45 minutos darme la nieve y no porque haya fila, según la encargada de sucursal las maquinas se congelan y están muy lentas y no hay nada que se pueda hacer.
Ojala mejoren el tiempo con tanta competencia actual
It was one of my favorite ice creams until my last 3 experiences were not good regarding the waiting time.
It takes them 25 to 45 minutes to give me the snow and not because there is a queue, according to the branch manager the machines freeze and are very slow and there is nothing that can be done.
Hopefully they improve the time with so much current competition
