★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el servicio al cliente en mostrador si se paga ahí mismo en el almacén PERO muy carente y malo por no decir que pésimo el servicio que dan para pedidos foráneos; para pedir una cotización te dicen que mandes un correo, les mandas el dichoso correo y después de casi rogarles se tardan semanas para contestar, después de hecho el pago se tardan otras varias semanas para enviar la mercancía, hasta el momento aun no me llega la mercancía y ya hice el pago hace 3 semanas.
 Excellent customer service at the counter if you pay right there in the store BUT very lacking and bad not to say that the service they give for foreign orders is very bad; to ask for a quote they tell you to send an email, send them the happy email and after almost begging them they take weeks to answer, after the fact the payment takes another several weeks to send the merchandise, so far I still don't get the merchandise and I already made the payment 3 weeks ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lindo que empresas pasen de Generacion en generación, Drogerias la paz ya va en la tercera, sus productos continuan con la calidad de hace años y el sevicio mejora por que se ha sabido adapatar a las bondades tecnologicas del hoy. adquiero ahi: bisulfito de sodio, borax, amonia,acido acetico, agua de rosas, aceite de almendras, aceite de uva y más.
How nice that companies pass from generation to generation, Drogerias peace is already in the third, its products continue with the quality of years ago and the service improves because it has been able to adapt to the technological benefits of today. I buy there: sodium bisulfite, borax, ammonia, acetic acid, rose water, almond oil, grape oil and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El muchacho que estuvo en la caja el día de hoy Lunes 29 de Octubre a las 13:30 horas está como que muy necesitado. Había visto que en lugares como el OXXO redondearan cantidades por falta de cambio, por apatía de los encargados o por la razón que sea. En el caso de una empresa tan formal en donde se supone que la persona que está en caja requiere cierto nivel de estudios para ser un empleado de PISA se me hace ridículo que se tome la molestia de redondear cuentas SIN preguntar. Ultimadamente si la nota dice $74.24 y no tiene cambio y no tiene deseos de externarlo, ¿por qué no redondear la cuenta a $74? claro es más fácil redondearla a $74.50... yo estuve cinco minutos y en esos cinco minutos fuimos atendidas 4 personas, en un turno completo a cuántas personas atienden, esos $0.20 centavos por persona se terminan convirtiendo en cuánto al final del día? Si les parece exagerado lo que les digo les recuerdo que es el cajero el necesitado, es el quien está robando, NO YO. Y si $o.26 centavos les parece cualquier cosa entonces por qué mejor no me los regalan en vez de robármelos?
