★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio del call center, tienes que hacer muchas llamadas y no contestan, no te dan una respuesta satisfactoria, me detubieron mi paquete y te piden datos que uno desconoce y no te dan una respuesta, perdi mi pedido que hice por internet y sali pagando de mas por culpa de DHL

le puse una estrella porque si no pones cuando menos una no te deja publicarlo pero la verdad es que ni siquiera una estrella les doy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, tan fácil que es hacerlo como UPS donde en el mismo proceso de rastreo te permite hacer pagos para liberar un pedido de aduana. Jamas te dan solución por mas que llames, te mandan correos sin la información necesaria, completa incompetencia de todo el personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, absolutamente indolentes y en especial Viridiana Rodriguez, la peor persona a cargo de atención de clientes que he conocido. Si necesitan enviar algo, definitivamente recomiendo FedEx !!!, al menos ellos intentar resolver los problemas no como DHL que los crea !!
Terrible service, absolutely indolent and especially Viridiana Rodriguez, the worst person in charge of customer service I have ever met. If they need to send something, I definitely recommend FedEx !!!, at least they try to solve the problems not like DHL creates them !!
