Parece que la palabra servicio al cliente no existe en su vocabulario, se rieron de mi por no llevar copias después de la tercera vez que me presente a hacer un tramite de adulto mayor. Me dice que como facturaron antes de lo programado, a todos les cobraron recargos y que no me pueden dar un estado de cuenta. Físicamente en sucursal!!! Que no pueden hacer nada si no me parece pues ...
