Muy pesima politica de reembolso. Cabe enfatizar que simplemente compre el piso porque me habian dicho que SI habia en existencia. Y aun asi, nunca llego a tiempo. Recibir el reembolso fue una ODISEA. Mi solicitud para que se me reembolsara el dinero fue hecha por escrito en la sucursal el dia 10 de Agosto del 2021...... el reembolso fue hecho el 1ero de Octubre despues de 6 semanas persiguiendo a la vendedora. MORE THAN 6 WEEKS TO REFUND YOUR MONEY ....... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE 1st: They confirm that there is an existence 2nd: The product DOES NOT ARRIVE And when you cancel the order you have to wait MORE than 6 weeks to receive your money for something that was not your fault. Very lousy refund policy. It should be emphasized that I simply bought the apartment because they had told me that it was in stock. And even so, I never arrive on time. Receiving the refund was an ODYSSEY. My request for a refund was made in writing at the branch on August 10, 2021 ...... the refund was made on October 1 after 6 weeks chasing the seller.

No pudieron entregarme mi producto en mi domicilio porque ya habían ido (cuando yo estaba de viaje y no me habían avisado que iban) por lo cual tuve que ir a recogerlo a tienda. El producto me gustó por eso les doy dos estrellas pero no volvería a comprar con ellos nada. My product arrived late, when I went to the store it was full of mosquitoes and the purchase was very uncomfortable, the saleswoman Ericka talking on the phone and I did not feel that she gave me the proper service. They could not deliver my product to my home because they had already gone (when I was traveling and they had not told me they were going) so I had to go to pick it up at the store. I liked the product that is why I give them two stars but I would not buy anything with them again.

La atención de la Señorita Erika fue excelente me ayudó a buscar un lambrin para mí cocina. Buenas opciones que enamoran. The store has very fat floors, textures and colors that enchant.
