★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de un mes sin servicio de teléfono reportes más de 7 voy a la oficina y me dice una srita que no era necesario reportarlo por teléfono que tenia que ir a la oficina directo y que en 3 días quedaría listo el servicio pasando 1 semana sin resolver volví a la sucursal de las puentes y un sr me manda reportarlo por teléfono y que solo por teléfono me solucionarían muy mala atención ?
