Uno tiene que tomar solo tres cosas, dejar el resto de la ropa que pretende comprar y luego volver por ella. El proceso es ineficiente y molesto. Y cuando quise preguntar al respecto un chico del staff fue bastante grocero conmigo.
Todo eso provocó que no comprara nada y que no me queden ganas de volver alguna vez a la tienda.

They made me waste a lot of time in the changing room, with their three-piece policy.
You have to take only three things, put down the rest of the clothes you intend to buy and then go back for it. The process is inefficient and annoying. And when I wanted to ask about it, a guy from the staff was quite rude to me.
All that caused me not to buy anything and not want to go back to the store sometime.
I suggest you make a change before you lose more clients.
