El problema aquí es que el encargado en lugar de dejar en paz al cliente se la pasa mandando a l@s emplead@s a estar atrás de uno... Aún cuando no había gente les gritaba "Chicas, no veo a nadie en el pasillo x" y la verdad no está cool que te anden siguiendo así en la tienda

Pero mi opinión va más en el sentido de la atención que tienen para con el cliente. Es una mala atención disfrazada de amabilidad. Me explico: Resulta que el encargado de la tienda que fue quien me cobró no se concentraba en encender la caja registradora por estar regañando a los empleados. Entonces me cobró sin darme ticket. Cuando empezó a envolver los vasos en periódico observé que sólo colocó una hoja de papel, que a duras penas cubría todo el vaso. Le pedí amablemente que me pusiera otro pedazo de papel para cubrir todo el vaso y no se fuera a romper, a lo que me contestó: "Es todo el papel que tenemos para todo el día. En otros lugares no se los envuelven. Es una cortesía que tenemos para con los clientes" O sea, ¿Qué me está diciendo este señor? ¿Que soy un afortunado por comprar en su tienda y además me saqué la lotería porque se dignó en envolverme los vasos??? Le contesté que en toda mi vida que he tenido que comprar artículos de vidrio, era la primera vez que escuchaba ese argumento/política de una tienda de que no tiene obligación de envolver el vidrio que venden. Como lo decía al principio: una supuesta “buena atención” cargada de disculpas y excusas de “dientes para afuera” pero que está muy lejos de dejar al cliente satisfecho.
