★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica al cliente, la señorita que atiende el teléfono no tiene ni idea de los productos que tienen, para todo dice que tiene que ir a revisar a bodega y que eso no lo hace usualmente; le pedí opciones para comprar sílica gel y me dijo que no podía ayudarme; comenté si su jefe sabía sobre el trato al cliente y me dijo que si, que así trataban a todos.
 Terrible customer telephone service, the lady who answers the phone has no idea about the products they have, for everything she says that she has to go to the winery and that she does not usually do that; I asked him for options to buy silica gel and he said he couldn't help me; I commented if his boss knew about customer treatment and he said yes, that is how they treated everyone.
