★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo siempre almanegra no falla, la especialidad en las bebidas es de mucha calidad. En esta ocasión me tocó platicar con Fer, una barista de Tijuana que tiene una plática muy a gusto para acompañar un rico Espresso.
As always almanegra does not fail, the specialty in the drinks is of high quality. This time I had to talk to Fer, a barista from Tijuana who has a very comfortable conversation to accompany a delicious Espresso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité esta sucursal porque me queda cerca de mi casa; pero siempre que voy la barista me recomienda lo más caro, lo cual entiendo porque al final es su trabajo, pero como yo soy nueva en este mundo del café de especialidad, estaría bien que me mostrara lo básico y ya luego, que suba de nivel de a poco.
La última vez la vi muy metida en su celular y tardó un poco en dejarlo para atenderme, y cuando regresé a los segundos de darme cuenta que me dio otro ticket, ya tenía sus audífonos puestos. Resulta ser un poco molesto que no disimulen la urgencia de atender el celular estando trabajando en el sector de alimentos y bebidas.
Esto no pasa en su sucursal en La Roma, porque el barista está al pendiente de la barra/caja y no se distrae con algo externo al trabajo.
I visited this branch because it is close to my house; but whenever I go the barista recommends the most expensive, which I understand because in the end it's her job, but since I'm new to this world of specialty coffee, it would be nice if she showed me the basics and then leveled up little by little
The last time I saw her very involved in her cell phone and it took her a while to leave it to attend to me, and when I returned seconds after realizing that she gave me another ticket, she already had her headphones on. It turns out to be a bit annoying that they do not hide the urgency of answering the cell phone while working in the food and beverage sector.
This does not happen in its branch in La Roma, because the barista is aware of the bar/cashier and is not distracted by something external to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño y ya puedes tomar algo dentro, el que pedí estaba bueno, el menú es muy especifico y la atención fue muy buena.
Solo le pongo 4 porque me falta probar más.
The place is small and you can already have a drink inside, the one I ordered was good, the menu is very specific and the service was very good.
I only put 4 because I need to try more.
