★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved my combo facial & massage with Vianny. The facial was perfection and I needed it after a year of travel (yikes). The massage, however, was one of the best EASILY. Possibly drooled a bit. She went deep tissue in my traps and neck, very necessary, and put warm packs on those areas while she attended to my legs. PROFESSIONAL!!! Omg I loved it and I wish I could go back before leaving town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a first degree burn from a Brazilian wax here. When I showed the owner she didn’t even give me a discount, she just said “these things happen”. Ridiculously awful waxing here. My pedicure was fine, but I will probably have a scar from the wax so I can’t give them any more than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband got a massage while I got a mani pedi. He enjoyed it and said it was really good. My many pedi deserves 2 stars. They did both at the same time. The lady doing my feet did a much better job. The lady on my hands didn’t seems to have that much experience. Very sloppy job. Did not put a base enamel layer, went straight to the color on my nails. Again, very sloppy and the nail polish was pretty dried up.
I came here after reading the reviews anyway because I really needed my nails to get done. But would’ve preferred to go elsewhere. They were all really nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This darling little Spa is a great find! The spa opened its doors for a group of ladies for few hours as we all had multiple services and relaxed. Very casual and professional environment. The staff was very warm to us, and accommodated us with the Spanish to English barrier in a warm environment. I would definitely be back when in CMDX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this place. Ambiance is non existent, they keep the lights off to save on electricity but it make the place seem very dark and cold. No music playing.
And lastly they elevated the price on me 2 visits in a row without any notice.
As a business owner myself I ensure my clients are notified prior to increasing prices, not at the time of payment.
It wasn’t until I asked “ hey isn’t that more than usually pay?” That she said oh yeah they went up. So posting no flyer no comment.
I’d gladly pay a premium price if the service was also being elevated but def not worthy.
If I were you I’d go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was exactly what my fiánce and I needed! It's right across the street from an adorable little park. We don't speak Spanish and they were eager to help. We found them online and booked a pedicure and it was wonderful. They were so accommodating the entire time. Shortly after we finished our pedicures, we asked if we could get massages as well.
Again, they were happy to help and even called in an extra message therapist to make sure we didn't have to go one at a time. The massage was amazing and we will be happy to come back when visiting Mexico City again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were able to get us in for pedicures on the same day. The techs did a wonderful job, and the business, though eclectic, seemed clean and we'll maintained. The space itself was lacking the spa-ambience regularly found at these type of establishments. Would return and still recommend.
