★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo. Me vendieron una camioneta Sportage 17 con placas apócrifas de lo cual me di cuenta meses después al pagar el refrendo. Dichas placas le pertenecían a una Ford 2006. Cuando llame a Almendras para que solucionaran el problema respondieron con la excusa mas inepta, nosotros no estamos en el negocio de la venta de placas. La realidad es que ellos me entregaron un vehículo con placas. No solamente eso pero el vehículo tenia adeudo en otros estados lo cual me complico la adquisición de placas de varios estados.
A la misma vez que compre la Sportage también compre un Mercedes del cual me prometieron una segunda llave y nunca llego. La entrega de papeles se demoro 2 semanas.
El personal que tienen como gerentes no están preparados académicamente para dicho puesto. Esta clase de servicio al cliente resulta por darle trabajo a cualquier tipejo sin preparación o conocimiento de lo que es la administración y gerencia.
I do not recommend them. They sold me a Sportage 17 truck with apocryphal plates of which I realized months later when paying the endorsement. These plates belonged to a 2006 Ford. When you call Almendras to solve the problem they responded with the most inept excuse, we are not in the business of selling plates. The reality is that they gave me a vehicle with license plates. Not only that, but the vehicle had debt in other states which complicated the acquisition of plates from several states.
At the same time I buy the Sportage I also buy a Mercedes from which I was promised a second key and never arrived. The delivery of papers took 2 weeks.
The staff they have as managers are not academically prepared for that position. This kind of customer service results from giving work to any guy without preparation or knowledge of what is the administration and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me negaron que tenían un vehículo que estaba viendo. Los vendedores ni siquiera se movieron de la puerta para evitar que entrará. Nada recomendado el lugar.
Terrible service they denied me that they had a vehicle that I was looking at. The vendors did not even move from the door to prevent it from entering. Nothing recommended the place.
