★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de servicio, estoy a una semana que me hicieron el envío , me aparece en culiacan desde hace 3 dias y aun no pueden decirme si saldrá para hermosillo mi paquete, pésima atención llame 3 veces sin respuesta dejándome colgada del teléfono sin mas. JAMÁS vuelvo a utilizar esta paquetería tan inclumplida, termine super enojada y para nada por que no les importa te contestan horrible , fatal TODO! NUNCA LO RECOMENDARE.
It is disgusting of service, I am a week after the shipment was made to me, it has been appearing to me in culiacan for 3 days and they still cannot tell me if my package will go out for beauty, lousy attention call 3 times without answer leaving me hanging on the phone without more. I NEVER use this package so included, I ended up super angry and not at all because they do not care you answer horrible, fatal EVERYTHING! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AL IGUAL QUE MARISELA, PERO AL DOBLE DE ASQUEROSO. 4 DIAS LLAMANDO PARA PODER HABLAR CON UNA PERSONA, Y AL MOMENTO DE LOGRARLO, SOLO UN MINUTO ME DURO EL GUSTO, LA TIPA COLGO Y ME DEJANDO HABLANDO SOLO. Y SIN SOLUCION.
Y LA OTRA, EL OPERADOR DE LA UNIDAD, DONDE VENIA MI ENVIO, LLEGO A MI CIUDAD, ME LLAMO (PERO EN ESE MOMENTO NO ESTA CERCA DE MI TELEFONO Y NO LE CONTESTE) Y LE REGRESE LA LLAMADA EN MENOS DE 8 MINUTOS Y NUNCA CONTESTO NINGUNA DE LAS 20 LLAMADAS QUE LE HICE, ES MAS BLOQUEO MI NUMERO CELULAR.
Y SE LARGO CON MI ENVIO, A PASEARLO OTRAS 24 HORAS.
ES HORA DE QUE NO RECIBO NADA, Y YA VAN 8 DIAS, UNA TORTUGA YA HUBIERA LLEGADO.
SI DON GUSTAVO VIVIERA, SE VOLVIA A MORIR CON LA ACTITUD DE ESTOS 2 EMPLEADOS Y FALTA VER COMO ESTAN LOS OTROS 1100, YA ME IMAGINO!!!!!. ESTA SIENDO HORRIBLE ESTA EXPERIENCIA.
ES LA PEOR DE LAS FLETERAS QUE CONOZCO (Y CONOZCO MUCHAS), LASTIMA DE TANTA INVERSION, PERO NO INVIERTAN EN LA CAPACITACION Y MOTIVACION DEL PERSONAL.
LIKE MARISELA, BUT DOUBLE THE DISGUSTING. 4 DAYS CALLING TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO A PERSON, AND AT THE MOMENT OF ACHIEVING IT, JUST A MINUTE LASTED ME, THE TYPE HANGED UP AND LEAVING ME TALKING ALONE. AND WITHOUT A SOLUTION.
AND THE OTHER, THE UNIT OPERATOR, WHERE MY SHIPMENT CAME FROM, ARRIVED IN MY CITY, CALLED ME (BUT AT THAT TIME IT IS NOT CLOSE TO MY PHONE AND I DIDN'T ANSWER HIM) AND I RETURNED THE CALL IN LESS THAN 8 MINUTES AND NEVER I ANSWER ANY OF THE 20 CALLS I MADE HIM, IT IS MORE BLOCKING MY CELLULAR NUMBER.
AND I LEAVE WITH MY SHIPPING, TO WALK IT ANOTHER 24 HOURS.
IT IS TIME THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING, AND IT'S GOING FOR 8 DAYS, A TURTLE WOULD HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED.
IF DON GUSTAVO LIVED, HE WOULD DIE AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THESE 2 EMPLOYEES AND LEFT TO SEE HOW THE OTHER 1100 ARE, I ALREADY IMAGINE !!!!!. THIS EXPERIENCE IS BEING HORRIBLE.
IT IS THE WORST OF THE FREIGHT SHIPPING I KNOW (AND I KNOW MANY), IT HURTS SO MUCH INVESTMENT, BUT THEY DO NOT INVEST IN THE TRAINING AND MOTIVATION OF THE STAFF.
