★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor paqueteria, te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo, llamas por telefono y te tienen colgado por mucho tiempo y no resuelven nada, los envíos tardan mucho en llegar. Increíble que una tienda como Costco utilice sus servicios, habla mal de ellos.
The worst parcels, they make you wait too long, you call on the phone and they have you hung for a long time and they do not solve anything, the shipments take a long time to arrive. Amazing that a store like Costco uses its services, speaks ill of them.

I went to pick up merchandise from Costco that should have been delivered to my home, the staff at this branch were friendly and it didn't take more than 10 minutes for my things to be delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL PEOR servicio de carga consolidada que jamás haya tenido la desgracia de usar.
Entregan fuera de tiempo, pierden parte de los envíos y tardan años en atenderte vía telefónica... cuando se dignan a atenderte, claro. No sé cómo algunos de mis proveedores se empecinan en hacer los envíos de mercancía con ellos. Para la próxima mejor busco alternativas, aún si son más caras.
THE WORST consolidated cargo service you have ever had the misfortune to use.
They deliver out of time, they lose part of the shipments and they take years to attend you by phone ... when they deign to attend to you, of course. I do not know how some of my suppliers insist on shipping merchandise with them. For the next best I look for alternatives, even if they are more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ENVÍO DE COSTCO, lo pedí hace mes y medio y no me han dado respuesta, hablo y me dicen que marque los números que atienden pedidos de costco y nadie contesta, en la página según dice que el paquete lleva 4 semanas ya en bodega, pero no lo pueden entregar. PESIMO SERVICIO
COSTCO SHIPPING, I asked for it a month and a half ago and they have not given me an answer, I speak and they tell me to dial the numbers that attend costco orders and nobody answers, on the page it says that the package has been in the warehouse for 4 weeks, but they cannot deliver it. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Mi paquete lleva en su bodega casi DOS semanas y nadie da razón para programar la entrega.
Llamas al call center normal y su respuesta es: "A mi tampoco me responden" What???
COSTCO orders.
Your supposedly Costco Line numbers NEVER ANSWER.
My package has been in their warehouse for almost TWO weeks and no one gives reason to schedule delivery.
You call the normal call center and their response is: "They don't answer me either" What ???
