Good heavy parcel service, I arrived just on the day it was scheduled, and the best thing is that if you want real-time data of your package, you just have to dial almex and they tell you details of where your package is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal. El montacargas no funcionaba y nos tocó montar el material a nosotros mismos. El material llegó maltratado y el personal de guardia solo se excusó diciendo que venía asi de las otras sucursales.
Terrible attention from the staff. The forklift did not work and we had to assemble the material ourselves. The material arrived mistreated and the guard personnel only excused themselves saying that it came from the other branches like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me llamaron para avisar que en dos horas me entregaban mi envío y se terminó el día y no llego el transporte, les envié msj y tardan en responder, luego que dicen que ya se entregó la paquetería y no se dónde lo dejaron porque ami no m llegó nada, los vuelvo a tratar de localizar y no más no responden
Terrible service, they called me to let me know that in two hours they would deliver my shipment and the day was over and the transport did not arrive, I sent them a msg and they take a long time to respond, then they say that the parcel has already been delivered and I do not know where they left it because nothing came to me, I try to locate them again and they just don't respond
