★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nos cambiaron el diseño por enviar el anticipo 20 minutos después de la hora, pero aún así no tenían en la lista nuestro pedido, tuvimos que ir por una complicación en su sistema de comunicación, no contestaban luego al llegar nos pidieron enviar la información por correo con las letras y diseño, aparentemente había quedado todo arreglado cuando el día de recoger el pastel ni siquiera habían revisado el correo, cambiaron el diseño las letras, los tipos de números, luego al comentar esta situación en la entrega intentaron culparnos por el problema que ellos tuvieron con su teléfono para los pedidos, se pidió un letrero de plástico y se entregó otro, no estaba la información en la bitácora, no cancelamos el pedido por que el evento era en horas, pésima experiencia con el pedido, el pastel estaba muy bien hecho, muy rico, pero como ellos lo quisieron hacer, no tuvieron organizado nuestro pedido. El resto estuvo aceptable solo que la razon de el pedido era la personalización del producto.
