p	peropepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Good location in front of big shopping mall (Liverpool, Sears, etc) and Restaurants (Good Japanease Restaurant). + The hotel has japanese TV channel NHK. + Quite new (open in Mar 2018), modern design. - The staffs are still learning operation. - Pool is not clean (not possible to use) - Bad smell in the garden and poolside.
D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Aloft Hotel is a great hotel, comfortable place to stay when you are away from home. I stayed for over two months at the Celaya location for business. I always felt comfortable and the staff amazing, individuals like Jugo, Andrea, Jasmine and Izzabel made me feel welcome on a daily basis. This is my only hotel in Celaya and I know many who share my opinion. I will be back and I recommend this location for business and pleasure. Thanks Celaya Aloft Staff
m	machala011 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No room service, i went to the bar at 6pm they did not have any cool beer,they did not have cheese when we ordered a pizza at the restaurant, we had to wait 45 minutes for then to have our room ready, and at the end when we were leaving we wanted a receipt and we are still waiting for it since may, they have working young students and it looks like they don't konw what they are doing, the concept is good and the rooms are very modern but the service is really bad. Sorry guys but i will never stay there again

G	Grace Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was scorching when we checked in. No soap in the shower after I was already in & wet. Someone else's hair on the bath mat when I spread it out on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable. The best thing about the stay was the bartender! Friendly & great drinks.
