★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, close to a major mall with all the good brands and a lot of restaurants. Not in the center of the city but more closer to a small city call Jurica (which is a very nice area). Our dog had an amazing time an felt right at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aloft Queretaro hotel is a very modern chic hotel and the pool is amazing. We order drinks and tan with a good variety of music in English.
Staff from Ay Lola restaurant were attentive but, the food was very disappointing. It was salty, blend and the quality of food didn’t reflect the overpriced bill the night before. Manager never came and or offer an apology or offer a dessert, drink, etc.
Unfortunately, I don’t think of dining there no more.

Nice staff, great cleaning service, parking was very easy to access in the basement.
Wonderful Restaurants and mall nearby.
Aloft is a great place to stay while visiting Queretaro. If your goal is to explore centro histórico, I would recommend checking out something closer to that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here was so welcoming. It was clean, comfortable, and they had a delicious breakfast with the choice of buffet, order off of menu, or both, included with our stay. Incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, looks like new with friendly staff. Rooms are just enough size for a short-term or weekend trip. Large pool. Great option for business trip; the only downside is that there are not many things walking distance (not the hotel's fault)

Horrible experience. No hot water, so we couldn’t shower. When I mentioned it to the receptionist at checkout, he said “that’s unlikely”.
We had to leave early so no time to wait for someone to fix it.
Instead of apologizing, the manager Diana asked us to wait until someone checked that I was telling the truth. We waited 20 minutes and indeed they had some heating problem because another guests was also complaining about that.
Instead of apologizing or adjusting the rate, they said nothing.
Oh and it’s the smallest suite I’ve ever seen.
