They canceled my Chipitin date because they did not complete clients for their group. They deny reimbursement even when it was attributable to them.

I did my first tour with them. I liked the attention that all of our guides have. Cristian super cool, makes you feel confident. Very organized and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice con ellos Matacanes y la atención fue muy buena, los guías aunque sólo eran dos, hicieron muy buen trabajo Victor y Karen. Todo el servicio durante el recorrido para mí fue mejor que en otras agencias con las que he viajado. El único pero aquí es la comida y que no tienen agua para la cena, desayuno o en la comida final! Si mejoran eso de la comida y las bebidas, estarán genial!!!
I did Matacanes with them and the attention was very good, the guides, although there were only two of them, Victor and Karen did a very good job. All the service during the tour for me was better than in other agencies I have traveled with. The only thing but here is the food and they don't have water for dinner, breakfast or the final meal! If they improve that of food and drinks, they will be great !!!
