Al igual que Rafael, mi experiencia fue pésima: no te dicen qué pasa con tu carro todo el tiempo que lo dejas ahí. Mandaba mensaje y nunca lo devolvían, sólo te dejan en "visto". Cuando marcaba, nunca contestaban los mecánicos, o los encargados, lo hacía la secretaria que siempre te decía que te regresarían la llamada para informar, cosa que no sucedía jamás. Igual que Rafael, me presenté para ver cómo iba y aún no le metían mano. Mejor les recogí el auto y nunca me dieron una explicación. La falta de empatía, de profesionalismo, de compromiso sólo te deja con mucha frustración y coraje. Ojalá que no les pase a los demás. Me llevé una pésima experiencia al no saber que pasaba con el auto todo el tiempo que lo dejé ahí, cada que marcaba la secretaria decía que en 15 minutos me regresaban la llamada para informarme, ¡pero sorpresa!, jamás me llamaron, tres semanas para ser específico me presenté para ver cómo iba y aún no le metían mano, finalmente cuando estuvo “listo” me entregan el auto puerquísimo, súper sucio y para rematar quedó pendiente un arreglo, en menos de 20 horas de sacarlo del taller falló nuevamente, me volví a presentar y no le hicieron caso al auto, decidí llevármelo a otro taller y pensando que tardarían para el diagnóstico, sólo les tomó una hora decirme cuál era el fallo, el mismo que supuestamente me habían arreglado, en verdad me siento con una impotencia, frustración de pérdida de tiempo y decepcionado, espero que esta pésima experiencia que me llevé no le llegue a pasar a nadie más y que el servicio mejore y sea el mejor para quien sea.
