★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, jamás llegaron.... La señora que atiende el teléfono no escucha indicaciones.... Y uno colo cliente es el que tiene que andar presionando, Según estaban por el lugar (pero se perdieron, eso dicen, yo creo que ni llegaron nunca) y sin llamar se retiraron..... Quedaron por la mañana del sábado (me entregarían antes de medio día) , mis invitados llegarían a las 2,eran las 3 pm y nada que llegaban... Y todavía me dice la Sra ya llegaron sus invitados???? Eso les vale, ustedes cumplan su servicio y punto! Llamada tras llamada, que les hablara en 1 min, luego en 3, luego en 30 min...... Tuve que alquilar otro proveedor de urgencia y cuando avise que cancelaba la señora se puso muy grosera y me dijo que ya estaban en la esquina... Y que ya habían ido a tocar (0 lógica, 0 logística) , bendito Dios que no me Llovió y que hay gente que si le apasiona y cumple con su trabajo porque quedaron mal con lona y con sillas. 0 recomendables
Horrible service, they never arrived .... The lady who answers the phone does not listen to directions .... And a customer is the one who has to press, according to the place (but they got lost, they say, I think nor did they ever arrive) and without calling they left ..... They stayed on Saturday morning (they would deliver me before noon), my guests would arrive at 2, it was 3 pm and nothing arrived ... And I still Mrs. says her guests have arrived ???? That suits you, you fulfill your service and period! Call after call, to speak to you in 1 min, then in 3, then in 30 min ...... I had to rent another emergency provider and when I told you that I was canceling the lady she became very rude and told me that they were already in the corner ... And that they had already gone to play (0 logic, 0 logistics), blessed God that it did not rain and that there are people who are passionate and do their job because they were bad with canvas and chairs. 0 recommended
