Comienzo comentándoles que para reservar tuve que ir dos veces directamente y hablar como cuatro porque no tenían levantado mi pedido, la señorita que me atendía por correo y teléfono tardaba muchísimo en darme una respuesta; menos mal yo fui con tiempo para reservar. Al momento de entregar todo lo aventaban y me dejaron un plato roto que la verdad no sé si es por maña de ellos para cobrar otro poquito. Por otro lado al momento de recoger su equipo han tardado más de una semana e inventan que no contestamos los teléfonos para no venir y cobrarnos una "penalizacion" (evidentemente es abuso por parte de ellos) y al día de hoy 7 de enero del 2017 marcan muy fregones los señores para decir que si podíamos esperarlos una hora o dos para recoger sus cosas EN SÁBADO Y SIN AVISARNOS ANTES COMO SI NO TUVIÉRAMOS OTRA COSA MÁS IMPORTANTE QUE HACER. Al decirles que estábamos fuera de casa insultaron a mi papá y por si fuera poco no lo dejaban ni hablar; yo no entiendo porque el chofer del camión que transporta hace labor de recepcionista y telefonista y toma las llamadas en vez de pasarlas con alguien que tenga un poquito de educación y si sepa escuchar y hablar. Pero algo si sé, de experiencia sirvió y yo no los recomiendo JAMÁS ni por error y evidentemente mucho menos vuelvo a contratar con ellos. Les dejo mi comentario y experiencia como vecino de Bosque Real Huixquilucan para que tomen las precauciones necesarias y mejor busquen en otro lugar para evitar malos ratos y malos servicios. DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE! Bad service, uneducated people, poor service and the tables and chairs are of very poor quality. I begin by commenting that to book I had to go twice directly and speak about four because they did not have my order lifted, the young lady who answered me by mail and phone took a long time to give me an answer; Luckily I went with time to book. When I told them that we were away from home they insulted my dad and as if that were not enough, they wouldn't let him speak; I do not understand why the driver of the truck he is transporting works as a receptionist and telephone operator and takes the calls instead of passing them with someone who has a little education and if he can listen and speak. But something I know, experience served and I do not recommend them NEVER by mistake and obviously much less again to contract with them. I leave my comment and experience as a neighbor of Bosque Real Huixquilucan to take the necessary precautions and better look elsewhere to avoid bad times and bad services.

Sin embargo en el servicio te quedan mal con las fechas y horarios que acuerdan contigo, dejan de contestarte por todos los medios... te llevan el servicio pero después tú les tienes que estar rogando durante una semana que pasen por el mobiliario y te dejan esperándolos muchísimo día tras día.. If you have another contact that has already been recommended, choose that one! The price-quality ratio of the furniture is acceptable. However, in the service they are bad for you with the dates and times that they agree with you, they stop answering you by all means ... they take you the service but then you have to be begging them for a week to pass through the furniture and they leave you waiting for you very much day after day ..

Very good treatment, excellent quality and best of all, they put my tablecloths in the color I wanted, if I highly recommend them.
