I put a star because there is no option to put any. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Reserve the service of 4 tables with their chairs and white tablecloths one month in advance and then confirm with the Lady in charge 3 days before my event (Wednesday, my event was Friday). On both occasions I was informed that the furniture would arrive between 9 and 11 am on the day of the event. It is 11 o'clock and nothing, I call and they tell me that 11:30 a.m., time and nothing, they indicate that insurance insurance arrives before 1:00 p.m. At this point I stressed that my event was at 2:30 pm, I couldn't wait any longer. 1 pm and the furniture continued to arrive. I speak to the lady in charge again and she tells me that she is not the owner, that the owner is her husband that I talk to him. I speak to the Lord and he tells me that he is still carrying a service and then he will take mine. I emphasize again that my event starts at 2:30 pm !! Anyway, it arrived 2:45 pm, my guests were already in the place, standing, starting to lower the tables and chairs that were not of my good quality (even one broke from how rusty it was) and the cherry of the cake: BLUE tablecloths, sky blue. The colors of my company, therefore of my decoration, are red, white and black, and I ordered WHITE tablecloths and they were confirmed. I had to keep blue tablecloths because there was no time for changes, they were dirty and the man wanted me to pay him the full service. I don't trust your services again. As I said to the Lord, I look bad with my company and you look bad with me because I don't hire you again.

They did not bring the chairs and tables that I asked for at 11am and I went at 1pm to ask questions and that I did not have to send that day and I asked for them a week before terrible service there is no point to put zero stars if I do not put it
