★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Te dan 15 min y te exigen estar puntual para entregar equipo pero para recogerlo, pueden hacerte esperar una hora y cuarto para decirte que mejor cambian la fecha. Y así se puede ir una semana. Las chicas que te atienden cero ganitas de ayudar.
Terrible service. They give you 15 minutes and they demand you to be on time to deliver equipment, but to pick it up, they can make you wait an hour and a quarter to tell you how much better they change the date. And so you can go a week. The girls who serve you zero ganitas to help.

The service is very good and it is easy to use their website and convenient to order by that means, however they do not always have staff to load the scaffolding to the unit.

The scaffolding was very badly treated, they were told to change it and they didn't. Of 3 rented bodies only two were used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renta de andamios, gradas, sillas, mesas, tablones, salas longe, manteleria, toldos. Mi experiencia de este lugar: previo a esto alguien me cotizó y me envió la cotización via correo, después de cerrar el proyecto acudi diretamente a la oficina para realizar el pago solo que el andamio que necesitaba no estaba disponible por lo que me ofrecieron en otra medida a lo que acepte y firme el contrato y pague.
Tienen servicio de entrega y recogida de los andamios rentados.
El servicio por teléfono, en la oficina y del repartido fue buena.
Solo hubo un detalle que pone la piedrita en el zapato. Resulta que 4 de los andamios estaba dañados lo que lo reporte via telefônica y whatappp me dieron que iban a ir a cambiarme las piezas, solo que fueron y por lo tanto no alcance a realizar el trabajo a la altura que esperava por su mal control de calidad en las piezas que rentan.
Tambien cuentan con una AP para que en futuras ocaciones todo el tramite se realice por este medio a lo que me parece muy inovador.

They have a delivery and collection service for rented scaffolding.
The service on the phone, in the office and from the delivery person was good.
There was only one detail that puts the pebble in the shoe. It turns out that 4 of the scaffoldings were damaged, which I reported via telephone and WhatsApp, they told me that they were going to change the pieces, only that they were and therefore I was not able to carry out the work at the height I expected due to their poor control of quality in the pieces they rent.
They also have an AP so that in future occasions the entire process is carried out by this means, which seems very innovative to me.
