★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio estuve revisando mi cotización toda la semana para que mi evento saliera como deseaba lo cual me mandaron todo el mobiliario en pésimas condiciones quedaron en entregarme en un horario de 10 a 7 lo cual llegaron después de la hora los manteles sucios el servicio incompleto hablo con la Sra. Aracely y aparte de no darme ninguna solución. Culpando desde el Jefe y hasta el del almacén.
Y dándome de soluciona de forma grosera y altanera que si deseo hacer un cambio vaya a sus oficinas a cambiar lo que no me parezca.
Sabiendo que el evento lo tengo al momento.
Esperaba una atención mas profesional.
Pity service I was reviewing my quote all week so that my event went as I wanted which they sent me all the furniture in terrible conditions they agreed to deliver me in a schedule from 10 to 7 which arrived after the hour the dirty tablecloths the incomplete service I speak with Mrs. Aracely and apart from not giving me any solution. Blaming from the Boss and to the warehouse.
And giving me a rude and arrogant solution that if I want to make a change I go to their offices to change what I don't think.
Knowing that the event I have at the moment.
I expected more professional attention.
