No se les ocurra pedirle que al entregar suba las sillas/mesas un piso, porque en vez de explicar amablemente que habrá un costo extra por subirlas, lo que que sería perfectamente entendible, les va a poner una cara y a decir "a mi no me dijeron que había que subirlas". Si están dispuestos a que como clientes salgan regañados, adelante.
