Very bad, the tablecloths they send you are quite dirty. They are very late. I don't recommend it in the least it sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, llame con una semana de anticipación y me confirmaron que me enviaban mis sillas, hable el día del evento y se les había olvidado, afortunadamente me solucionaron y me enviaron inmediatamente las sillas. Lo peor es que al momento de pedirle mi factura se tardaron y se tardaron y por mas llamadas que les hacia me pedían volver a enviar mis datos, y mi numero de tel me lo pidieron como 5 veces para darme solución de mi factura... Mi conclusión fue que para ellos SIMPLEMENTE NO FUI UN CLIENTE IMPORTANTE.
Bad service, I called a week in advance and they confirmed that they were sending me my chairs, I spoke on the day of the event and they had forgotten, luckily they fixed me and they sent me the chairs immediately. The worst thing is that when I asked for my invoice they took and they took and for more calls I made they asked me to send my data again, and they asked me for my phone number about 5 times to solve my invoice ... My conclusion was that for them I WAS JUST NOT AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la carpa que solicité la instalaron el mismo día de mi evento, tenia goteras, fue puesta al aventón y estaba toda sucia al igual que algunos manteles, dañaron parte de la propiedad.
Cero recomendable
Terrible service, the tent that I requested was installed the same day of my event, it had leaks, it was put on the hitch and it was all dirty as well as some tablecloths, they damaged part of the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un buen trato y las sillas que me dieron estuvieron en buen estado. Se los recomiendo, me lo entregaron en tiempo y forma y te dan descuentos por ser un cliente constante.
I had a good deal and the chairs they gave me were in good condition. I recommend them, they delivered it to me in a timely manner and they give you discounts for being a constant customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Cuando llegas para informes la señora "super amable" pero a la hora de entregar las mesas y sillas están muy maltratadas algunas ya rotas y si les dices algo no te las quieren cambiar, al igual las carpas todas puercas y rotas.
Ya en una ocasión anterior habíamos tenido problema con ellos, igual por unas mesas, uno entiende el desgaste por el uso pero si rentas unas mesas lo mínimo que esperas es que estén planas, nos querían dejar unas todas pandeadas que de plano no podías poner los vasos, pedimos que le llamarán a la dueña y su respuesta para los trabajadores fue: ya váyanse, así déjenselas.
Así que definitivamente no volveremos a contratar con ellos
Appalling. When you arrive for information, the "super friendly" lady, but when it comes time to deliver the tables and chairs, some of them are badly mistreated, and if you tell them something they don't want to change them, just like the tents, all dirty and broken.
On a previous occasion we had had a problem with them, maybe for some tables, one understands the wear and tear of use but if you rent some tables the least you expect is that they are flat, they wanted to leave us all warped that you could not put them flat. glasses, we asked that they call the owner and her response to the workers was: go now, leave them that way.
So we will definitely not contract with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy super molesta, la mesa horriblemente fea, muy maltratada y con chipotes y chueca para lo que cobran, no lo vale. Las sillas muy sucias y los cojines de las sillas sin hilos para amarrar.
I am super annoyed, the table is horribly ugly, very battered and with chips and crooked for what they charge, it is not worth it. Very dirty chairs and chair cushions with no strings to tie up.
