★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, me dijeron que llegarían a una hora, pasaron 30 minutos, llamé y me dijeron que no había quien me hiciera la entrega. No pudieron siquiera avisar con tiempo la cancelación.
 Terrible Service, they told me that they would arrive in an hour, 30 minutes passed, I called and they told me that there was no one to make the delivery. They could not even notify the cancellation in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, uno confía en su palabra y no valoran en nada el compromiso con el cliente. Para el momento del evento no llegaba nadie tuvimos que llamar y únicamente nos dijeron que no había quien nos resolviera y que no llegaría nuestro servicio. Dejan a uno con el coraje y la angustia para poder encontrar a la mera hora alguien que sí pueda realizar el servicio.
Terrible, one trusts their word and they do not value the commitment to the customer at all. At the time of the event, no one was arriving, we had to call and they only told us that there was no one to solve us and that our service would not arrive. They leave one with the courage and anguish to be able to find someone who can do the service at the very hour.
