Bad quality and not reachable when bikes are broken.
+ 1 hour wait until you get your deposit back.

The sun beds look cozy but the service is a little annoying you really get the feeling as if the waiters have pressure to sell stuff. They charge a lot for towels. You can feel right away that there is not a good vibe (probably not capable management) and that’s not what you want for a beach day. Food and drinks was ok. Also talked to some other guests of the hotel, they did not recommend at all. :( Just sad to treat people so poor on such a nice place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place for a relaxing holiday. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the rooms are fully equipped with everything needed for a holiday with the benefit of also looking really nice.
It has been a great stay and I can only recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place! Not friendly at all, almost aggressive. I would not recommend to stay there (this is what I heard from guests), we just spend a few hours on the sunbeds at the beach but the service is not good, prices too high, attitude to low. I've been to a lot of hotels on the beach and that was unfortunately the worst. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfectly fine place to spend the day at the beach. Unlike other reviews, we did not find the staff to be pushy. They were friendly and available when we needed them. The best part is there is no crazy spend minimum, unlike every other beach service we came across. AND they had vegan options.

We booked a week and checked in first night, so far so good. We went out for dinner and when we returned to our room there were cockroaches everywhere! Huge cockroaches, at least 20 we counted.. We called the staff to help us out find a solution. They were not able to provide us with another room that night and we were not going to sleep in that room, so we had to take all our stuff and run out at 23:00, finding another hotel room was super difficult at that time of the night.
We came back next day to complain to management. The let us check out but they charged us 150USD for that night when we didn't even slept in that room!
