★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un residencial bonito pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. Por ejemplo la seguridad. El mantenimiento mensual es de 800 pesos los cuales no son muy claros donde se gastan, en general los vecinos son amigables y respetuosos pero llegan a haber exepciones.
Recomiendo que antes de comprar se le exija a los vendedores escribir todo lo que prometen por que luego no cumplen
 It is a beautiful residential area but it has many things to improve. For example security. The monthly maintenance is 800 pesos which are not very clear where they are spent, in general the neighbors are friendly and respectful but there are exceptions.
I recommend that before buying sellers are required to write everything they promise because they do not comply later

La verdad la seguridad dentro del fraccionamiento deja mucho que desear ya que hay cada gente, pero reconozco algunos vigilantes son súper buenas personas y son pocos los que cuidan, al venderte la casa te dicen que serán pocas en los cotos y al final son un buen ! Aparte de que parece chimulco las albercas , no le veo nada de residencial ? en verdad NO COMPREN
Do not buy ! The truth is that security within the subdivision leaves a lot to be desired since there are different people, but I recognize some security guards are super good people and there are few who take care of them, when they sell you the house they tell you that there will be few in the preserves and in the end they are a good ! Apart from the fact that the pools seem chimulco, I don't see anything residential about it ? really DO NOT BUY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El complejo residencial está muy bien, tienen casas de dos plantas una dos o tres recamaras, casa club, gimnasio, áreas comunes con Internet, seguridad y tranquilidad.. Vale la pena vivir aquí!
The residential complex is very good, they have two-story houses with one, two or three bedrooms, a clubhouse, a gym, common areas with Internet, security and tranquility. It is worth living here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vive bien, pero el servicio de post-venta es PESIMO!!! y el ruido en las terrazas del coto donde vivo es horrendo, hasta un grupo musical tenían!!!! deberían tener un reglamento para este tipo de eventos ya que el ruido era INSOPORTABLE y no pudimos hacer nada al respecto, y la persona que se encarga de apartar la terraza dijo que la música es un derecho universal.....sin palabras...
You live well, but the after-sales service is AWFUL!!! and the noise on the terraces of the preserve where I live is horrendous, they even had a musical group!!!! They should have a regulation for this type of event since the noise was UNBEARABLE and we couldn't do anything about it, and the person in charge of removing the terrace said that music is a universal right... speechless... .
