Yo me realice un tratamiento de levantamiento de nariz según de duración dos años, pagas muchísimo para que te pongan mejor calidad y se cayó en meses, llamas para poder comentarles. Saber si es normal y muy groseros te contestan « ay llame a quejas y sugerencias » y cuelgan, te dan un numero que supuestamente es de quejas y sugerencias y no te contestan, te dejan en visto,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo una estrella por que no le puedo poner cero, no vayan son unos rateros!!! Fui a la sucursal de la roma y para empezar el recepcionista una diva, se siente la reina, cero atención a cliente, te atiende con su cara y súper despectivo. Me realice un aumento de labios y no se noto nada, solo fui a regalarles mi dinero y al hacer reclamo de que no se veía una diferencia lo único que me dijeron fue que ellos si veían diferencia pero que si no tenía que volver a pagar por que me pusieran más. Horrible lugar! Cero profesionales.
I give it one star because I can't give it zero, don't go, they're thieves!!! I went to the branch in Rome and to begin with, the receptionist was a diva, she felt like a queen, zero customer service, she treated you with her face and was super contemptuous. I had a lip augmentation and nothing was noticeable, I just went to give them my money and when I made a claim that I didn't see a difference, the only thing they told me was that they did see a difference but if I didn't have to pay again for that they put me more. Horrible place! Zero professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, groseros y no son reales las unidades de sus promociones ni la valoración disque del doctor. Ya que me pondría promoción también de labios y el doctor ya quería irse y resulta que lo prometido en la publicación era de 6000 no de 1999. A parte todos los malos comentarios que pongas en sus redes, los borran y no piden ni una disculpa ni les interesa, solo van por el dinero que les sacan a todas las personas. Fueron varias mujeres el día que fui que salían quejándose de la atención del doctor de copete con lentes en la Roma. Que es un burlón, grosero e iracundo. No le gusta su trabajo. No vayan a tirar su dinero. Espero este no lo borren y no digan que no hay expediente sí estuve leyendo y firmando las 7 copias para protegerse de cualquier demanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for Botox and were promptly charged 700 pesos per person for a “consultation”. The “doctor” claimed the cost was only per area, not by unit, and refused to give even an estimate of units used, and would not provide a price per unit. This is a mark of a dishonest business, and nothing like the other dozen places I’ve been over years in Mexico City for this treatment.
We left immediately because of this scammy and medically dangerous behavior.
Buyer beware - expect they are bribing people with discounts at the end to get 5 star reviews, please be careful with your health and appearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left the consultation after finding out that they don't tell you how many units they plan to inject you with. I don't let anyone inject a random amount into my face without telling me how much. This place is extremely shady. Do not ever let someone charge you a flat price and not tell you what they are doing. Always be informed and go to an injector who customizes treatment for your specific face and communicates with you.

Not the best service. I definitely would NOT go back. I waited almost 2 hours to get filler in my under my eyes the doctor said about 2 words to me. They did not put anesthesia cream on me. I have gone to other clinics in Mexico city which are 100 times but since I read so many good reviews from this place I decided to give it a try and I definitely regret it. DO NOT WASTE your time or money here.
They also bribe people for reviews, if you give them a 5 star review they give you free baby botox.
