Abren a las 7 am pero llegamos a las 9 am y no tienen pan, nos dicen que volvamos a las 11 am y no había y que regresáramos a las 12 pm y si volvimos y no tenían aún.
Es una falta de respeto, nos hicieron ir 3 veces y el "encargado - dueño" es un prepotente le dijimos que era una falta de respeto y nos contestó "esto es lo que hay y hoy no te quiero atender, ando atrasado con sacar el pan y hasta yo estoy haciendo pan porque falto personal". Dando a entender que es un oficio no digno para que el haga el pan. Hasta nos recomendó ir a Hackl y la Panoteca que están cruzando la calle.
No creo que es forma de tratar a un buen cliente ni a nadie.
Terrible service.
They open at 7 am but we arrive at 9 am and they have no bread, they tell us to come back at 11 am and there was none and to return at 12 pm and if we returned and they did not have them yet.
It is a lack of respect, they made us go 3 times and the "manager - owner" is arrogant, we told him it was a lack of respect and he answered "this is what there is and today I do not want to attend to you, I am late with getting the bread and even I am making bread because I lack staff ". Hinting that it is an unworthy trade for him to make bread. He even recommended us to go to Hackl and the Panoteca that are across the street.
I don't think it's a way to treat a good customer or anyone.

Es una lastima porque el pan SI está muy rico .
Ojo; dueños de alta fibra lo que están haciendo es robar a tu cliente. Poco o mucho es un robo!! Y está penado, les pueden clausurar.
Además que en PANDEMIA es mejor e ideal pagar de modo electrónico.
