★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos necesidad de atención con el Dr. Cadena, traumatólogo pediatra, acudimos varias ocasiones. El lugar un tanto reducido sobretodo en la sala de espera, limpio y ordenado. Las escaleras resultan incómodas sobretodo si cargas niños. Las chicas de recepción de repente malhumoradas, atención regular. Disponibilidad de citas aceptable, aún en pandemia. Lo mejor la atención y manejo por parte del especialista, lo recomiendo 100%. Lo malo: no tienen estacionamiento y es difícil encontrar uno cerca; no aceptan pago con tarjeta y si no llevas efectivo te hacen ir al cajero; en ocasiones no respetan la hora (el dr. suele llegar tarde) y turno de tu cita, me tocó una vez q a punto de pasar a consulta llegó una "conocida" de la recepcionista con su niño y la pasaron primero y sin tener cita.
We needed attention with Dr. Cadena, a pediatric traumatologist, we went several times. The place a little reduced especially in the waiting room, clean and tidy. The stairs are uncomfortable especially if you carry children. The reception girls suddenly grumpy, regular attention. Acceptable appointment availability, still in pandemic. The best care and management by the specialist, I recommend it 100%. The bad: they don't have parking and it's hard to find one nearby; They don't accept card payments and if you don't have cash they make you go to the ATM; Sometimes they do not respect the time (the dr. is usually late) and your appointment's turn, it was my turn once that an "acquaintance" of the receptionist arrived with her child about to go to consultation and they passed her first and without an appointment.
