★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para hacer una cita y me dieron una hora y cuando llegué me dijeron, ahí siéntese aún faltan 3 personas más y yo achis pero así no funcionan las citas vengo con el tiempo contado, y mejor se enojo y me dijo pues si quieres.
I called to make an appointment and they gave me an hour and when I arrived they told me, there I sit there are still 3 more people left and I achis but the appointments don't work well I come with the time counted, and better get angry and told me if you want.

They fall behind too often on their appointments and you end up waiting longer than you should. Very good quality of hairdressers but customer service can improve a lot!
