★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la Encargada, poco tacto para tratar a los niños y a los adultos, no dejo entrar a la Ludoteca a una niña que iba en el grupo de sus amigas, la dejo llorando en la puerta por que supuestamente ya no había cupo , prepotente , nunca me proporcionó su nombre!! En cambio las niñeras fueron muy amables!! Que pena ??
Terrible service from the Manager, little tact to treat children and adults, she did not allow a girl who was in the group of her friends to enter the Playroom, she left her crying at the door because supposedly there was no longer any space, arrogant , you never gave me your name !! Instead the babysitters were very friendly !! What a shame ??
