★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometieron cerrar y ya ni vigilancia existe, no esta entregado a ayuntamiento por lo que no esta nada en claro, la administración en turno, lleva meses prometiendo mejoras y lo único que mejora es la inseguridad dentro de ella, pasa cualquier persona, los vigilantes trabajan de gratis ya que se la pasan dormidos etc! Piensen bien no caigan como los que ya vivimos aquí

Se nos mete el agua a todas las casas hasta la sala y JAMAS cumplen garantía, quedan de venir y no vienen y después te dicen que porque ya venció la garantía... en verdad NO COMPREN CASA AQUI por su bien!! Son mal hechos y mal quedados!! Mala inversión

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN EN ALTARIA. Las casas están mal diseñadas. Tuberías invertidas, filtración de agua por ventanas y puertas, paredes de papel pintadas con yeso y los "encargados" no quieren solucionar los problemas. Menos de 3 meses llevo aquí y la peor decisión que he tomado.
DO NOT BUY IN ALTARIA. The houses are poorly designed. Inverted pipes, water leaks through windows and doors, plaster-painted paper walls, and the "managers" don't want to fix the problems. Less than 3 months I have been here and the worst decision I have made.
