★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran mucho como gastos de mantenimiento(jardineria, guardias) sin embargo NO te van a garantizar la seguridad ni responderán por las cosas que puedan robar o existe documento que realmente avale lo anterior ademas que solo hacen negocios con las tarjetas de acceso, y algunos presidentes del dichoso comite muy prepotentes se creen los dueños de estas calles o colonia se supone que el mantenimiento sobre camellones debe correr por parte del gobierno municipal al igual que la seguridad ¿por que la colonos tiene que pagar si ya con los impuestos que se paga es mas que suficiente? Eso es un Negocio sin Fondo
