Estuve esperando más de un año la casa y nunca la entregaron, me cambiaron 6 veces la fecha de entrega, por lo que opté por cancelar mi aparatado y comprar en otro lugar. Ahora que les pedí el reembolso del aparatado, la están haciendo de emoción y no han hecho el reembolso. Si tienen otra opción de vivienda, tomenla, no compren en Altaria o con Ruba.
Terrible customer service and build quality. I was waiting more than a year for the house and they never delivered it, they changed the delivery date 6 times, so I decided to cancel my apartment and buy elsewhere. Now that I asked them for a refund of the device, they are doing it out of emotion and they have not made a refund. If you have another housing option, take it, do not buy in Altaria or with Ruba.
