★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento privado en condominio que algunos propietarios suelen rentar sus bungalows obteniendo beneficio económico de su propiedad, pero también ofrecen acceso a las zonas de copropiedad. Esto ha generado el uso intensivo de las instalaciones y la falta de pago de condóminos inconformes para darle el debido mantenimiento a una copropiedad que se adquirió para uso privado. El lugar es bonito como sitio de playa para descanso. Ojalá pronto los propietarios encuentren el justo equilibrio en sus intereses o nadie saldrá ganando.
It is a private subdivision in condominium that some owners usually rent their bungalows obtaining economic benefit of their property, but also offer access to the areas of co-ownership. This has generated the intensive use of the facilities and the lack of payment of nonconforming condominium owners to give due maintenance to a co-ownership that was acquired for private use. The place is nice as a beach place to rest. Hopefully soon the owners find the right balance in their interests or no one will win.
