★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena musica y la comida también, sin embargo la promoción de cumpleañero no te la explican a detalle. Se suponía que si ibas con 3 invitados la cena del cumpleañero era gratis, fui con 8 personas y nunca me explicó el mesero bien la dinámica y al final terminaron cobrándome todo. Muy mal por parte del mesero.
 Good music and food too, however the birthday promotion is not explained in detail. If you went with 3 guests, the birthday party's dinner was supposed to be free, I went with 8 people and the waiter never explained the dynamics to me and in the end they ended up charging me for everything. Very bad on the part of the waiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bonito pero un pésimo servicio, los postres pésimos y caros. Su menú es muy básico y caro. El trato al cliente es elitista y arrogante. Hicimos reservación pero nunca nos quisieron dar las mesas con vista a la ciudad excusándose que estaban ya reservadas, estuvimos ahí 4 horas y nunca se ocuparon, nos molestaban y presionaban para que nos fuéramos y termináramos rápido nuestros postres, el mesero hasta nos quitó el mantel y ni siquiera sabía sí íbamos a ordenar otra cosa, te retiran todo lo de la mesa para que te vayas sino consumes alcohol..
Pedimos unas papas a la francesa y ni siquiera nos quisieron dar catsup!
Definitivamente nunca volveré por la mala atención y por la comida.
Sí van a ALTEA se van a arrepentir!
It's a nice place but lousy service, lousy and expensive desserts. Their menu is very basic and expensive. The customer service is elitist and arrogant. We made reservations but they never wanted to give us the tables with a view of the city, excusing themselves that they were already reserved, we were there for 4 hours and they never occupied us, they bothered us and pressured us to leave and finish our desserts quickly, the waiter even took off the tablecloth And I didn't even know if we were going to order something else, they take everything off the table for you to leave if you don't consume alcohol ..
We ordered some French fries and they didn't even want to give us ketchup!
I will definitely never go back because of the bad attention and the food.
If they go to ALTEA they will regret it!

The place is very nice... The waiters are very friendly... The drinks are very tasty... The food is lousy and the pizza burnt.... Excellent as a viewpoint but don't order food hahaha...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, pero el servicio es pésimo, apartamos una mesa y nos pusieron donde quisieron, nos trajeron la comida tarde y aún así les turismo que está recordando a cada rato que faltaba cosas y a pesar de eso la mesera que nos atendió se puso muy grosera exigiendo su 15% de propina. No vale de nada tener buena comida si el servicio es pésimo

Maravilloso trato de parte del staff y me encantaría recalcar a José Cruz, y agradecer por lograr que tuviera una noche de cumpleaños maravillosa. Definitivamente se convirtió en nuestro restaurante favorito y superó todas nuestras expectativas ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Incredible experience we had in this restaurant, we went for my birthday and I couldn't have had a better time! The food was amazing, the service was the best I have ever had the pleasure to have, the location, the atmosphere, everything was perfect!
Wonderful treatment from the staff and I would love to highlight José Cruz, and thank him for making me have a wonderful birthday night. It definitely became our favorite restaurant and exceeded all our expectations ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
