Terrible service ???? it has nothing different from another motel, but the worst thing is that I asked for a room with a jacuzzi, when I started to fill the dahlia water with wool and when I turned it on, more lama, dirt and even hair came out , I spoke to reception and they filled it up and left a moment emptying the keys, they told me that they could not offer me another room because they did not have to let me fill it up and check it, I did it and the water came out just as dirty, I spoke again and the very rude girl said that the only thing she could do is wash it with chlorine she couldn't give me another room or anything else, that was the only thing...pay more than the normal room for the jacuzzi and to not even use it and there was the dirty water, and the treatment was not pleasant the last time the girl came back, and nothing was even solved for me, nor did they change my room or they paid me.... lousy ????

Problems with the Jacuzzi, only hot water came out, and no cold water. I couldn't use it. I informed the reception and I only apologize. Not even a bonus for the damage, and it was excused that they had not reported a fault in that room. A maintenance person was notified. Let's see if they fix it.
