What a pity of bad service! Today we tried to buy a bike, we had already seen it but we wanted the child who was going to use it to try it. At the time of asking, a clerk was going to show it to us but another person (we assume the owner) came out and in a haughty and rude way told us that "those bikes were already sold" and we could not prove them. We asked him if he had others and he replied that he did, but he was not going to put it together until the next day (on January 4, just Reyes !!). It seemed to me a very arrogant way of treating potential clients and very little desire to sell, without giving options. It made us want to support "independent" businesses.

I bought my alterbike 5 years ago, it is in perfect condition. Number 1 for the quality of the product and number 2 for the excellent service they give you when I have to change tires, adjust chains, change parts or whatever you need. They renewed a bicycle with several years of use and they left it as new. They changed the tires and added accessories that modernized it and made it more comfortable. They are very professional and know how to do their job very well. Highly recommended !!

I bought an Alterbike fixie 2 and a half years ago, they offer to be a competent alternative in prices in the domestic manufacturing market. Hence my low opinion of the store ... The materials of the bike (with the exception of the frame) are deplorable, very cheap, of little durability and of materials that are honestly expensive. Of the almost $ 6000 that my bike cost, I invested at least half the total price in parts: I changed brakes, tires, levers, seat, handlebars and the worst: the pedal of the VENIA SOLDADA pedals! for which I did not manage to change them still damaged, since it was necessary to destroy the picture to change them. I qualify with 2 stars simply because the service was EXCELLENT, as well as the customer service, they were always very attentive and helpful, without delays or obstacles. However I am very sorry to describe the quality of the bicycles as deplorable. Currently I bought a new bicycle because I continued investing in trying to improve my Alterbike bike. With the most sincere opinion and qualification, with no desire to offend the company or its consumers, I wanted to support the market initiative, but I can say that I would not do it again with Alterbike.

The first time I went (1 year ago) the service was EXCELLENT on the part of the mechanic and arrogant on the part of the manager / owner. I asked for an express, and they adjusted the brakes, speeds, greased the chain, they made a simple but well done exterior cleaning and they also fixed a little problem in the pedals because not even in the workshops of the original brand they wanted to do the job and they wanted to change pieces for me. The truth is that it brings me good experience and I promised to return because they left my bike as new with the express. When calling I was told that only included the transmission and brakes, but nothing of superficial cleaning, adjustment or the above mentioned. Disappointment...
