NOS COBRARON LA CUOTA DE INVESTIGACIÓN PARA UN DEPARTAMENTO QUE YA ESTABA EN TRÁMITE DE RENTA (según el agente inmobiliario nosotros éramos los primeros que aplicaban), evidentemente no nos regresaron el dinero bajo el pretexto que ya habían hecho la investigación (la cual hicieron el día que me lo informaron porque ese mismo día le marcaron a mis referencias y casera) CERO ÉTICA PROFESIONAL
GREAT CARE!! THEY CHARGED US THE INVESTIGATION FEE FOR A DEPARTMENT THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE RENTAL PROCESS (according to the real estate agent we were the first to apply), evidently they did not return the money under the pretext that they had already done the investigation (which they did the day that they informed me because that same day they marked my references and landlord) ZERO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tal y como lo comentaron aqui, me hicieron pagar investigacion, y se tardaron 2 semanas en atenderme, porque la recepcionista no te puede comunicar con el supuesto corredor (y le llamo supuesto, porque dio la cara hasta que cerro trato con otro que ofertaba, jamas me comento que otra persona estaba ofertando y me hizo pagar la investigacion). Fue hasta que fui mas agresivo en solicitar mi deposito de investigacion que el corredor aparecio, reclamandome que porque le habia dicho a la recepcionista que el era poco profesional. Me dio de excusa que el dueño "lo habia rentado por fuera", de ahi para tratar de hacer puntos, me invito un dia a comer para que conversaramos, obvio ni me intereso la oferta. Afortunadamente me regreso el dinero, despues de 15 dias de haber depositado. Veo que en el edificio donde rentaba tiene otra propiedad que lleva 2 años ofertando en renta, pero es de esperarse con la nula atencion y profesionalismo que tienen. Evitense molestias, usen otros corredores.

It wasn't until I was more aggressive in requesting my research deposit that the broker showed up, claiming that because I had told the receptionist that he was unprofessional. He gave me an excuse that the owner "had rented it from the outside", hence to try to make points, he invited me one day to eat so that we could talk, obviously I wasn't interested in the offer. Fortunately, I got the money back, after 15 days of depositing. I see that in the building where he was renting he has another property that has been offering for rent for 2 years, but it is to be expected with the zero attention and professionalism they have. Avoid annoyances, use other corridors.
