★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y se observa que tienen buen manejo de los paquetes, porque en otras empresas me había sucedido que algunos paquetes llegaban maltratados. Sólo tuve que dar dos vueltas porque no llegó la entrega el día que me habían dicho.
Eso se mejoraría si tuvieran una comunicación más eficiente porque yo intenté contactarme antes para confirmar la llegada del paquete y no me contestaron, por eso me dí dos vueltas. A excepción de eso, todo lo demás muy bien.
Good attention and it is observed that they have good handling of the packages, because in other companies it had happened to me that some packages arrived mistreated. I only had to do two laps because the delivery did not arrive on the day they had told me.
That would be improved if they had more efficient communication because I tried to contact me before to confirm the arrival of the package and they did not answer me, so I went around twice. Except for that, everything else is fine.
